An interview of Eric Cole on Carolina TV and he said in the nicest way possible that he didn't think "Coach MacT" knew the type of player he is/was and that he didn't think he was used as well as he had been in his time in Carolina.

Montreal is 5th in the East and fired their coach... Edmonton is 7th to 9th and we're keeping our coach... What gives?
